At OrbitAI Labs, we stand behind the technical reliability of our Stellaris trading bot. This Refund Policy outlines clear, fair conditions for refunds — with a 7-day technical guarantee for first-time buyers.

1. 7-Day Technical Guarantee (First-Time Buyers)

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if:

  • The bot fails to activate or run due to technical issues on our end.
  • You are unable to complete setup despite following our official guides, videos, and support.
  • Our support team confirms the issue is unresolvable within 48 hours of your report.
  • You submit a refund request within 7 calendar days from purchase.

This guarantee applies only to technical functionality — not trading performance, market losses, or user error.

2. No Refunds After Successful Activation

Once the bot is successfully activated and running (confirmed by login, dashboard access, first-time license activation or bot execution), the product is considered delivered and non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time, unless required by law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off period for EU residents, if applicable and not waived).

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with trading results or financial losses (market risk is yours).
  • User error in setup, configuration, or risk settings.
  • Requests after 7 days from first purchase.
  • Accounts suspended for violating Terms & Conditions.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@orbitailabs.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Detailed description of the technical issue (screenshots/videos help)

We’ll respond within 48 business hours. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension. We resolve issues fairly and quickly — reach out first.

EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

7. Compliance with Law

This policy complies with Serbian Law on Consumer Protection and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive. EU customers may have additional rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal if not waived for immediate delivery).

We may update this policy to reflect technical or legal changes. Significant updates will be communicated via email or website notice 30 days in advance.
